For all you ‘foodies’ out there Thai’s just love to eat and eat and the menu on your trip will be sourced from the freshest mouth watering ingredients from local markets. A healthy Thai menu sampling also northern Thai, Tribal and Chinese. Another great thing is they are vegan, kosher and halal friendly and on request cater for strict diet such as gluten free. Organic rice is sourced from mountain communities visited.
Commitment to the community and the environment goes back further than the establishment of Trekking Collective with many on – going projects set up working alongside local village and tribal communities in northern Thailand.
